Welcome to the arch linux forums hohanyo.
Please include the commands you used and their outputs.  If you have not attempted any configuration I suggest starting with.

Re: USB Wifi cant find device

Welcome to the Arch Linux forums.

Are you sure that model number is correct?  Not missing an '8' ?
What driver did you try to install?  How?
What is the output of lsusb    ?
What is the output of ip link   ?

Re: USB Wifi cant find device

From Wireless_network_configuration#Check_the_driver_status

to check if the driver for your card has been loaded, check the output of the lspci -k or lsusb -v command, depending on if the card is connected by PCI(e) or USB.

The provided example below that was for a pci device but as your device is usb would expected you to run lsusb -v
Also from the note below that

$ dmesg | grep usbcore

Then using the driver identified by that command (substituting the correct driver name instead of driver)

$ dmesg | grep driver

Re: USB Wifi cant find device

Well, the lspci output was interesting, we can see you have a wired Realtek interface and that it is using the r8169 driver.  We can also see there is no other wireless WiFi on the pci bus.
According to your link, that device has a VID:PID of 0bda:818b.  There is nothing in the output of lsusb like that.  Looking at the descriptions, there is nothing that looks like a WiFi USB device, with the possible exception of 2357:0107 , for which there is no description.    A little searching shows that VID:PID is a rtl8192eu .  Try this thread and see if this helps:  https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=219909  or https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=194658

Re: USB Wifi cant find device

Hey, I'm in the exact same problem. In the process I installed https://github.com/pvaret/rtl8192cu-fixes and https://github.com/jeremyb31/rtl8192eu-linux-driver. Any ideas?

EDIT: Alright I somehow made it work. I just tried accessing my WiFi network as if it were a hidden network. After filling out the details it successfully connected and started listing other networks around me too. :?
