mozilla firefox icon

When I load mozilla-firefox from pacman, I have no icon directory to set the icon in KDE.  However, if I download mozilla-firefox from the Mozilla website and untar it, I have an icon directory.  Am I doing something wrong in pacman, or was that directory left out of the package?

Pacman makes life easier but you still have to get your hands dirty now & then  lol

Re: mozilla firefox icon

But it would be kind to include app icons for each package. They could all be placed in /usr/share/pixmaps or in a special folder.

I have no problem collecting icons for my own, and to make starters and menu entries, but it's somehow anoying.

Re: mozilla firefox icon

I have an Icon which looks quite firefoxy:  /opt/mozilla-firefox/lib/mozilla-1.6/icons/mozicon50.xpm

Just do a

locate firefox | grep png
locate firefox | grep xpm

There you go.

Re: mozilla firefox icon

does it help changing the icon-theme in kde control panel?

if you have a icon-theme setup in kde that do not have a icon for mozilla, it will not show up ... crystal svg beta2 should have quite a lot of icons
