Troubles about waking from suspending on my Lenovo G40-70m

My laptop  sometimes has trouble waking from suspending, it'll have no response after the screen had lighten up, and after a while, the light of CapsLK key will blink....and just keep that...
So i can just reboot it...

I thought it was because of my Nvidia Geforce 820m card, then I disabled it, still happened once today... But, if I am using the card and suspend my machine, it'll definitly act like above...

Any suggestions?
