[SOLVED] Problems with AUR updates - ERROR: X is not a clone of Y

When trying to run my AUR updates, for the following packages:

AUR Packages  (7) gstreamer0.10-0.10.36-11  gstreamer0.10-bad-0.10.23-23  gstreamer0.10-base-0.10.36-7  gstreamer0.10-b
ase-plugins-0.10.36-7  gstreamer0.10-good-0.10.31-16  gstreamer0.10-ugly-0.10.19-19  python2-rebulk-0.8.2-2
Repo Packages (18) gobject-introspection-1.50.0+1+gb8d92b0-2  intltool-0.51.0-1  libcdaudio-0.99.12.p2-1  liblrdf-0.5.0
-2  libsidplay-1.36.59-8  musicbrainz-2.1.5-7  perl-xml-parser-2.44-3  python-beaker-1.8.1-2  python-mako-1.0.6-2  pyth
on-markupsafe-0.23-4  python-py-1.4.32-2  python-pytest-3.0.6-1  python-pytest-runner-2.10.1-1  python2-py-1.4.32-2  py
thon2-pytest-3.0.6-1  python2-pytest-runner-2.10.1-1  spandsp-0.0.6-1  wildmidi-0.4.0-1

-----------------------------------------------------------

I get the following error message:

==> ERROR: /home/abc123/.cache/pacaur/gstreamer0.10-ugly/gst-plugins-ugly is not a clone of https://gitlab.com/gstreamer-sdk/gst-plugins-ugly.git
    Aborting...

This happens for two packages and the update does not proceed.

I have tried removing all of the gstreamer stuff and what depends on it, in order to run my updates, and then reinstall those removed packages, but it seems that too many things depend on them and it just snowballs quickly.

Is there any simple solution to either removing these packages, or getting the updates to go?

Delete the source clone and redownload it. Not the PKGBUILD, the clone that goes into the same dir as the PKGBUILD by default (or in SRCDIR if you set it).
