Re: Cups - 'print job completed' message but nothing is printed

in admin interface i have marked:
-Share printers connected to this system
-Allow remote administration

Printer is added as lpd/lpr (lpd://192.168.1.71/RICOH_SP_112_DDST)
shared is marked
ppd file (https://github.com/madlynx/ricoh-sp100)

i have no errors.. When i try to print some document on client:
  - printer is turned on
  - jobs appears on client and server cups queue
  - some seconds after, the notification of 'file is printed' appears on client and jobs disappear

but the problem is: nothing is printed

Re: Cups - 'print job completed' message but nothing is printed

Have you setup a queue as "raw"?

https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/CUPS
"Warning: Avoid configuring both the server and the client with a printer filter - either the print queue on the client or the server should be 'raw'. This avoids sending a print job through the filters for a printer twice, which can cause problems "

Re: Cups - 'print job completed' message but nothing is printed

Glad you are partially sorted. When you have problems like this, the best thing to do is to change the "LogLevel" line to "debug" in /etc/cups/cupsd.conf , restart the cups service and see what you get in /var/log/cups/error_log for a successful print job and also for one that fails. Each part of the printing process is shown in the log, so you can tell what is working and what is failing.

You can post that log file here using code tags.
