rtv and rtv-git

Both version claim after installation

pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'praw<4,>=3.5' distribution was not found and is required by rtv

but praw is in version 4.3 now

rtv doesn't support praw 4+ , check the 7 january comment by ac4r_g0 on the rtv aur page.
