Microsoft Fonts

Hello everyone, I am trying to install the microsoft fonts and i have a valid windows 10 pro on another hard drive. I am trying to get things working on arch completely on this new computer before i can cut windows out except for games. I have grabbed the fonts and have the pkg to install the fonts but i can't get it to even start. it just tells me I don't have permission to use those files and when i do su or sudo makepkg it tells me that it can cause catastrophic problems and won't let me do it. I have no idea what to do, please help. thanks. ^^

Why would you use su or sudo with makepkg?

What's the actual problem? Don't just give vague descriptions.

If I didn't then I would get a permission denied and if I do it won't let me. I'm sorry, but thanks for the quick response.

One last try.

Tell us what's actually happening. Error messages, PKGBUILD used, etc.
