How execute a command when I connect HDMI

I have a laptop with nvidia optimus and output wired to the NVIDIA chip (MSI GS63VR), so when I connect a HDMI I need execute intel-virtual-output.

I want detect the connection with a udev rules or other system for auto execute the command .

Dmesg don't show anything, but KDE show a popup ("no display connect") when I connect it, so the system detect the connection.

Any idea?
