Bumblebee issue, 940M GeForce

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to set up my dual graphics card using Bumblebee. For some reason, after installing bumblebee + nvidia, my nvidia module ALWAYS fails to load on boot. However, once I manually do "modprobe nvidia" and then "systemctl restart bumblebeed" everything works fine. Does anyone have any ideas as to what can cause this? I've been trying every option posted on the wiki + the forums and nothing seems to work.

"journalctl -u bumblebeed" outputs:

Feb 02 19:15:36 acerpc systemd[1]: Started Bumblebee C Daemon.
Feb 02 19:15:36 acerpc bumblebeed[7679]: [ 201.477530] [INFO]/usr/bin/bumblebeed 3.2.1 started

I've installed Arch recently, so please go easy on me smile

EDIT: I just realised that nvidia driver is not required to run for the bumblebee service to be active. However, until i run the "systemctl restart command" manually after the booting finishes, it never starts properly. When I run "optirun glxspheres64", that's when the "nvidia" and "nvidia_modeset" start up.

Also, sometimes when I poweroff the laptop the shutdown hangs on

Feb 03 00:57:21 acerpc kernel: "echo 0 > /proc/sys/kernel/hung_task_timeout_secs" disables this message.
