arch linux as esxi guest with blk_update_request i/o error

Hello,

I have a esxi running in ssd hard disk, it says disk is healty.
I have pfsense (a freebsd distribution) in this machine without hard disk errors.
But in archlinux lots of  blk_update_request i/o error  colapse in my vmware console.
i install open-vm-tools and enable this tools in systemctl, like archlinux wiki says.
this is a extract of my dmesg

It's repeat all time strings like thats.

Any idea?
