I know lots of people are using tint as bar, mostly due to Openbox's lack of one.
Why did you switch to it as a Fluxbox user?

I had already used tint2 before fluxbox, and when i tried to change something in the fluxbar laziness got in the way so i just killed it

Fair enough.
The reason why I asked is because the panel is actually the main reason I chose FB over OB to begin with.
It lacks drag and drop but it's great nonetheless.

Really is fluxbox?
Looks like a tiling at float mode
Very nice!

URxvt*font: xft:Envy Code R:size=10
URxvt*boldFont: xft:Envy Code R:size=10
URxvt*letterSpace: -2
you probably have to play with the size value, since its dpi dependent

I meant if you had configured any settings in fontconfig: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Font_Configuration
I take it you have not, then?

Why white on blue background? Because it resembles a BSOD, which I find quite hilarious.
