Following [this link](https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Le … e_Trackpad) I could disable my touchpad. However, once I disable my touchpad, it could not be enable again. It consistently show `touchpad closed`.
When I halt my laptop and resume or remove my mouse and plug it in, it could be enabled again for only once.
`showkey` does imply that the key has been map to f21 successfully.
DE: kde plasma 5.8
kernel: 4.9.0-1
Meanwhile,`xinput set-prop "SYNA2B29:00 06CB:77C6" 'Device Enabled' 1` could act as expected.
Thanks for your help.

I also have had a problem with the touchpad of my Yoga 900-13ISK and have had used the solution you mentioned.
I'm not sure if this has to do with a BIOS update (I use Version: C6CN39WW, Release Date: 10/11/2016).
When I look in the dmesg output when pressing the Fn-F6 key the scancode shown was "be" and not "bf".
I adapted the two lines in "/etc/udev/hwdb.d/90-Yoga-900_Touchpad.hwdb" to:
evdev:atkbd:dmi:bvn*:bvr*:bd*:svnLENOVO:pn*:pvr*YOGA*900-13ISK*
KEYBOARD_KEY_be=f21 # Fn+F6 toggle touchpad
and than "sudo udevadm hwdb --update" and "sudo udevadm hwdb --update".
At least for the time being the Fn-F6 key toggles the touchpad also showing an icon in KDE-GUI. No issues with standby.
Hope this helps

Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work for me.
My laptop is Yoga 900-13ISK2. Is it related to this issue?
Thanks for your help again.

In deed the 900-13ISK2 seems to generate different scancodes. Have you tried to follow the instruction in https://unix.stackexchange.com/question … 900-13isk2 ? It's a little different from the wiki.archlinux

Then I have the issue decribed above frustratedly.
