Can't get natural scrolling by switching buttons 4 and 5.

Hello, I am trying to reverse my scroll direction to "natural". I am switching buttons 4 and 5 with xinput, but it still does not work.

xev reflects my change, but when I scroll anywhere, the direction is still not reversed.
