Hi,
I've been offered an iphone recently (I know...) and it's a real pain in the ass to get it properly mounted on Thunar (I imagine it uses gvfs-afc). The device is seen by Thunar, but when I mount it it shows nothing, no folders or anything. I can't even write to it.
I managed to mount the iphone as root and even as a regular user using ifuse to list the directories and files. I also disabled the iphone's passcode because I just don't know how that proprietary crap works.
Does anyone have a hint on how to have it properly mounted on Thunar as a regular user ? I'm probably lacking permissions or something, but I just don't get it.
Cheers

I found a temp fix here :

Which replaces gvfs-afc with ifuse. I don't like this hack but it works
