Hey today i first time installed Arch Linux and my WI-FI isn't working... It is broadcom bcm4312, when i type wifi-menu and i pick network and type password it gives error: Job for netctl@wlp16s0\x2dGIGA3090.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status "netctl@wlp16s0\\x2dGIGA3090.service"" and "journalctl -xe" for details. Systemctl status: http://imgur.com/a/vPV0x

Please paste the output of:
systemctl list-unit-files --state enabled

netctl@wlan0\x2dGIGA3090.service enabled
netctl@wlp16s0\x2dGIGA3090.service enabled
NetworkManager-dispatcher.service enabled
Multiple network managers competing to control an interface frequently causes issues like this.
Please pick either NetworkManager or netctl and disable services using the other.

I disabled NetworkManager and i've got same errors

And you still have two netctl services running...
Please don't expect to have your hand held here.

Please disable both the netctl services as well then reboot. After reboot check if the interface is up or down as in Wireless_network_configuration#Interface_activation
If no service is trying to use it then it should remain down.
Then start ( not enable ) one netctl service and see if that succeeds.

Edit: one should really not get deviated for 15 minutes and then post. And the board needs a warning about interim posts ;-)
Let's start witht the common problem, what's the output of
systemctl list-units| grep -iE '(dhcp|wicd|net)'

To make it permanent do not forget to enable that service now that it is proven to work.
Then if you are satisfied the issue is fixed please prepend [Solved] to the title by editing the first post.
