I am thinking of building an Archlinux based iso using just busybox and arch stock kernel. Init scripts are not really a problem but I would like to create an iso (something like minimal linux). Is there an easy way to do this?

I looked into the archboot package a while back: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/archboot Prebuilt iso's: http://mirror.kaminski.io/archlinux/iso … t/2016.12/
The bootable image runs in ram, and contains Arch install scripts.
I recently got into some low powered ARM based hardware. This led to the discovery of Alpine Linux: https://alpinelinux.org/ It's supported on both ARM and X86 based hardware. I ended up putting together a complete Alpine desktop system in vbox on X86. A version of Arch similar to Alpine would be a pretty cool option to Arch ARM.
