Hi,
I have problem with ma Plasma desktop running on wayland.
It's work really good, but sometime desktop flickering. It's look like some problem with refreshing or something like that, everything blinking when I switching between applications.
I find similarly problem in others post, but solution is form xorg but I have wayland.

Same here (Intel graphics) and seems there is no open ticket on kde bug tracker or I just didn't found any yet. Have you reported it upstream? That would be the best idea to let the Devs know about it.

If either of you are running Intel-only CPU/GPUs, have you tried using the built-in modesetting? The steps are as follows:
Uninstall xf86-video-intel.
Remove any 20-intel.conf file from /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/
Reboot
This 'fix' has been widely posted in these forums the past several months. It doesn't work in every situation (very old Intel chipsets), but seems to for most 'newish' ones such as this 4th Gen. Haswell laptop running Plasma5 w/o flickering, etc.
Regards
EDIT: Wayland, in general, is not ready for prime-time.
