phoenix + prelink

these packages (and probably others in incoming) work great, how/when will they get added to unofficial?  i know that prelink and phoenix work perfect, i haven't tried alot of others from the incoming dir...
not a complaint, just a question
also is there another way to install packages besides creating the repository with gensync and pacman.conf?
would be nice to just pacman --install file.bla

Re: phoenix + prelink

we're currently busy setting up an unstable repository, in which at least phoenix will be until it's released as a normal release (ie, no CVS version).

Not yet sure about prelink...

You can use pacman -A /path/to/file.pkg.tar.gz to install a local package
