Yes, it is possible: use the standard Xorg 'radeon' driver.

Im using xf86-video-ati's Drivers.

I use it and i get Direct Redendering: YES.

But when i test the acceleration with Cedega isn't accelerated.

Y can run OpenGL aplications but not 3D accel.

This is my configuration.

Section "Device"

         Identifier  "Card0"
        Driver      "ati"
        VendorName  "ATI Technologies Inc"
        BoardName   "Radeon Mobility M6 LY"
        BusID       "PCI:1:0:0"

   Option     "AGPMode"                   "4"
   Option     "AGPFastWrite"              "True"
   Option     "EnablePageFlip"            "True"
   Option     "EnableDepthMoves"          "True"
   Option     "RenderAccel"               "True"
   Option     "NoBackBuffer"              "False"

Do you have a "DRI" section? If not append this to your xorg.conf:
Section "DRI"
        Mode         0666
EndSection
Yes i have the "DRI" Section, that's why y get:
name of display: :0.0
display: :0  screen: 0
direct rendering: Yes

But Cedega test show none 3D Accel and Warcraft is so Slow, without 3D Accel sad

That is really weird. What does glxgears give you?

Uhh... Oh, right... Do you have "EnableAGPDMA" as an option under the "Device" section?

Thnx for your help.

It wasn't  disable de 3D acceleratios,is only that Cedega read less than 500FPS as No 3D Accell and y get 320FPS with glxgears, that's it.

Well, if you've got 3D acceleration why wouldn't Cedega notice?

(320 FPS? That sounds like software rendering, at least if you've got a fairly fast processor.)
