Akonadi settings missing from System Settings application

What happened to the akonadi system settings in KDE plasma?

Here is my system info as listed by Kinfocenter:

KDE Plasam V. 5.9.2

KDE Frameworks V. 5.31.0

QT V.5.8.0

Kernel V. 4.9.8-1-ARCH

OS Type 64-bit

They used to be in the systemcenter application and they are not there or are missing.
This is where you used to set your mailfile location, addressbook location and other critical file locations for KDE PIM applications!

I would like to move all my info from the current laptop to the one I just reinstalled all the software on fresh from the repos but without this feature it is nearly impossible to do and find the file locations for mail(local and pop setting), address book, notes, etc.

I reinstalled Arch on my old laptop and set it up but they are missing on that system as well. I did a full KDE system install, meaning everything like a meta package install but I chose the group install instead.

Any assistance anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

Isn't it akonadiconsole that you're looking for? If I remember well, akonadi hasn't been a part of systemsettings at all.
