Compositing and plasma-nm randomly fail starting session. Plasma 5

Hello everyone, i'm having this problem recently. Window effects and compositing failed to start in new session start randomly. Wifi also fails randomly. I can fix this, with a simple re-loging, but its getting anoying.
Which logs can i see? Is there some way to "wait" until all the services and apps are initialized and then start the session or retry??

what's the output of "hostnamectl"?
