Disable ATI hybrid graphic card Vostro 3560

I try to disable the Radeon HD 7670 of my Vostro 3560. It does not work according to this manual: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Hybrid_graphics

The exact steps which I have done.

nano /etc/tmpfiles.d/acpi_call.conf
w /proc/acpi/call - - - - \\_SB.PCI0.PEG0.PEGP._OFF

When booting, the notebook stops with the error messages below.

[drm:atom_op_jump [radeon]] *ERROR* atombios stuck in loop for more than 5secs aborting
[drm:atom_execute_table_locked [radeon]] *ERROR* atombios stuck executing C9B2 (len 1136, WS 0, PS 0) @ 0xC9DC
