I had a server setup headless using tigervnc, and opengl stuff worked just fine. Mostly need this for Qt applications.
I ended up having to redo my server and I can't get the glx stuff to work this time around. I compared my installed packages to what I had on the old server and everything is the same. When I'm in a tigervnc connection though glxinfo reports there is no GLX. Trying to launch Qt's Designer reports no glx as well.
I installed Xorg so I could test it without vnc and all the glx stuff works fine.
Here is the output from glxinfo:
name of display: :1.0
Error: couldn't find RGB GLX visual or fbconfig
I have the mesa package installed and when installing tigervnc it says it needs mesa for glx and shows [installed] for it. Still doesn't work though.
I also checked the vnc log and it has no information at all on glx extensions.
Anyone have any ideas?

Looks like it is Arch's build of tigervnc. I tested with the official binaries from tigervnc and glx works.
