I've just updated my Arch Linux by 'sudo pacman -Syu'. Chinese texts elsewhere under KDE (such as Chromium, Firefox, Kate...) are shown perfectly, and Chinese input method works well too.
Reinstalling Chinese font and re-configuring Regional Settings (in KDE system settings) are also tried but they don't help at all.
'export LANG="zh_CN.UTF-8"' is also tried but....

I've solved the problem...It's an error caused by guake...Thanks a lot for your attention.

It's answered in the same link that Jasonwryan provides. In section "how to post".
Finally, when a solution is found, mark your thread as solved by editing the first post and prepending the tag [SOLVED] to the title in the "Subject" field.
Note that you should avoid using [CLOSED], which is instead used by the system to mark a thread which is no longer accessible for new posts.
Because not all of us are native English speakers, try no to use slang or abbreviations, thank you.
