cdparanoia spits errors

Hi there, I tried to digitalize my audio discs, all running fine, except one.
I use "cdparanoia -B -v".
On Tracks 15 and above cdparanoia gives me errors like this:

(== PROGRESS == [       >                      | 245369 00 ] == :-) . ==)   scsi_read error: sector=245914 length=27 retry=0
                 Sense key: 3 ASC: 11 ASCQ: 5
Transport error: Medium reading data from medium
                 System error: Input/output error
scsi_read error: sector=245914 length=13 retry=1
                 Sense key: 3 ASC: 11 ASCQ: 5
Transport error: Medium reading data from medium
                 System error: Input/output error
scsi_read error: sector=245914 length=27 retry=0
                 Sense key: 3 ASC: 11 ASCQ: 5
Transport error: Medium reading data from medium
                 System error: Input/output error
sending SG SCSI reset... FAILED: EBUSY
scsi_read error: sector=245914 length=13 retry=1
                 Sense key: 3 ASC: 11 ASCQ: 5
Transport error: Medium reading data from medium
                 System error: Input/output error
sending SG SCSI reset... FAILED: EBUSY

I found out that this CD is pressed on a bigger cd as usual (runtime is 84 minutes, size is 8XX MB).
It's an original audio disc with not a single scratch.
My receiver can read it correctly and also listening on computer works without any errors.
Everything works, except the ripping.

I hope anybody can help with this problem

Thanks in advance!

Re: cdparanoia spits errors

No suggestions, but a hunch.  Any chance this is a Sony BMG disk circa 2005?
