After a problem with an update crash the title's problem started.
I'm getting error in every https link in google chrome, firefox, slimjet browsers.
I completely removed the settings folder from .config and start fresh but the error still remain.
So, it seems that it's related with the update failure and crash and it's not from browsers.
Any help to solve this. I even cannot search for solutions via google because of this.

Run pacman -Qkk, see what packages have problems and reinstall them. That won't cover everything, but it's a start.

There are plenty of similar threads floating around, just look around or look at the archlinux homepage.

I used pacman -Qqe to create a file with all installed apps and then I force reinstall them.
After this the problem seems that is fixed.
Thanks for your suggestions.

I force reinstall them
Why did you use force?

Because some packages didn't install because them files existed on disk(probably were corrupted or 0 size).

In that case, force installing those specific packages may be the most sensible way forward. However, you should not default to forcing the installation of every package on your system. The rule of thum is: --force should be used carefully, and only as a last resort when you know that using it won't cause more problems than it solves.
