Hey,
I noticed an issue with recording my screen. There is a lot of flickering in the video. An image say more than a thousand words, so this is a small example of the problem: https://www.dropbox.com/s/029kzszy9ahds … e.ogv?dl=0
This issue rises in all programs that record your screen (like recordmydesktop and teamviewer). I'm currently using cinnamon, but the problem also manifests on gnome. Any thoughts on what might cause this (and how to fix it)? If any further information is required, I will be happy to provide it.

I always used ffmpeg... does that give the same flicker?
ffmpeg -f x11grab -s 1050x1200 -r 25 -i :0.0 /scratch/screen.mp4
