[SOLVED] Toggle Keyboard Led

Currently I am using a Coolmaster Devistator II keyboard. At one point I was able to use commands:

xset led 3

and

xset -led 3

to successfully toggle the led on the keyboard on and off. However after a few updates this method does not seem to work anymore. Does anyone know if there is another way to toggle the led for the keyboard on and off or a way of making the xset command work again? Thanks in advance.

Re: [SOLVED] Toggle Keyboard Led

Managed to answer my own question, seems the command does not work on gnome-wayland. If someone does find this and is having the same issue while using gnome, after selecting your user click on the gear and select the gnome with xorg option prior to logging in. After that the xset commands to toggle the keyboard backlights should work again.
