Can not open wifi under gnome

Hello everyone, I try to open the wifi switch under gnome, wifi switch can not always open, press the moment immediately closed.
I can link wifi under wifi-menu
Do you have any good way to fix it? thank you for your help

How did you install wifi support during install?

@dockland I am using the kernel's default driver
Also: my wifi model is intel dual band ac 3165

I am assuming you have working drivers setup here.
First, install the networkmanager and wpa_supplicant packages
Then disconnect and delete the profile from /etc/netctl/
Last, run "sudo systemctl enable NetworkManager.service" and "sudo systemctl start NetworkManager.service" (without the quotes).
Restart
