how to I allow my non-root user to mount and write from file manager ?

Hi,
I am using PCmanFm and I want my default (non-root) user to be able to mount and copy to and from other drives within file manager without having to run as root. Is there a way to do that ?

I'm interested about this. How do you make it works inside PCManFm / Thunar ?

I followed the wiki but there are too much information over there.
I'm confused about too much things that I don't know like udisks polkit udevil&co

Where to start and where to stop ?
