Virtualbox with Win7 guest - Alt+tab is happening on the host computer

I have a Win7 Virtualbox guest running on Arch as host. When I press Alt+Tab or the Windows key on my keyboard on the guest machine, the keys are being sent to the host instead of guest. The other keyboard keys are working fine on the guest machine.

I do have the Guest Additions installed.

Any troubleshooting ideas?

This is the expected behaviour, try hitting RIGHT ALT + TAB.

This setting can be changed in the VirtualBox preferences.

No, it didn't "fix" anything. It just shifted the brokeness one space to the right. - jasonwryan

It actually looks like some setting on gnome 3 is causing this. I asked this same question on the virtualbox forums and some people are reporting the same problem. So far, switching to gnome-classic has helped to me, but it's still happening sometimes. RIGHT ALT + TAB doesn't work, but holding the Windows key while pressing ALT + TAB does work on gnome 3.
