runit on Archlinux (as it is on my laptop)

Hey, I have Installed runit on my laptop inside systemd package by using some necessary and useful tools of it like systemd-tmpfiles. It works for months. I made some configs and scripts that like to share them with other users who wants to try runit. Maybe some of them are silly or full of mistakes. That's because i'm just a noob and not a programmer so it will be nice to tell me my faults:
