Genymotion no connection "Invalid reply from server".

Hi partners!

I installed Genymotion for testing my apps projects, however when I login with my account in Genymotion it presents the following error:

"Invalid reply from server. If you are using a proxy, please refer to this FAQ"

I searched for solutions and everyone said to disable all types of proxy or VPN, but I don't use any proxy or VPN, any idea why does this occur?

In the software FAQ it talks about its compatibility with proxies, not very different from my searches.

I Installed with yaourt -S genymotion and tried compile with makepkg direct from AUR git, but don't work.
