[SOLVED] Bluetooth works but mouse cannot be discovered (XPS 15 9560)

Hi I am running on the latest XPS 15 (9560). I noticed a strange problem. While bluetooth seems to be working (it can discover and connect my phone), it cannot discover my bluetooth mouse (Logitech M720). Does anyone encounter this issue before?

Sorry I was not reading the wiki carefully enough. It has something to do with the Bluetooth Smart (low energy). The solution is already on the wiki: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/bl … up_in_scan.
