AMD Catalyst Drivers for OpenCL and Terminal Use

Hi,

I am wondering if its possible to install AMD drivers without xorg-server? I only need to use the drivers for some number crunching with the AMD Cards and nothing GUI or x-windows related.

I have added Vi0l0 repository but catalyst-hook depends on catalyst-utils which depends on xorg-server.

try https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/opencl-catalyst/

EDIT:

build it in a clean chroot
after building use pacman -U to install only opencl-catalyst

Edit2 :

installing only opencl-catalyst from Vi0l0 repo may also work .
