Is there a way for easy reading in Noextract negating rule?

Example:
NoExtract = usr/share/i18n/locales/* !usr/share/i18n/locales/POSIX !usr/share/i18n/locales/i18n !usr/share/i18n/locales/en_GB !usr/share/i18n/locales/en_US !usr/share/i18n/locales/iso14651_* !usr/share/i18n/locales/translit_* !usr/share/i18n/locales/zh_CN
Is there a short version for easy reading and maintaining like this:
NoExtract = usr/share/i18n/locales/* !(POSIX,i18n,en_GB,en_US,iso14651_*,translit_*,zh_CN)

is there even a bug request or something going on? or just is a "none gotta have time for code that" issue?

I think it is more a no-one cares.
