i install arch dual with windows 10
My pc is bios but i install efi and broked install arch
After it i cannot login in windows 10
I use cd windows to repair boot But not repair
I install again arch this time bios
But cant install grub

Are you sure your computer uses BIOS and not UEFI?
Windows doesn't support BIOS booting with GPT partitioned disks.
Please read the wiki article on dual booting for more information...

Are you sure your computer uses BIOS and not UEFI?
Windows doesn't support BIOS booting with GPT partitioned disks.

Your partitions are messed up.
Was this originally an MBR drive that you have converted to GPT?
Did you change the partition type on the Windows partiton yourself? - Windows would never create a 91GB EFI partition if installed in UEFI mode.
You need to tell us exactly what steps you took and which commands you ran.
