Can't install dcd: key is disabled

I get this error when trying to install dcd:

I tried to remove /etc/pacman.d/gnupg directory and then do pacman-key --init and pacman-key --populate, but nothing changed.

I believe all packages signed by that packager will need a new release signed by a packager with a valid key.
Edit:
equeim do you want to open a bug report about this or should I?
Edit2:
Bug report created https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/53676
