Wacom Tablet - Extra Lines

Hello,

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 14, which has a built-in Wacom pen and digitizer. I run a Win10/Arch dual boot, and the tablet works fine on Windows but when I run it on Linux, regardless of what program I'm using it with, I get these extra frills at the end of my strokes, as if the pen being pushed down is being recognized before the position of the pen is being updated and so it's drawing where my pen used to be. I have the xf86-input-wacom package installed, but I've tried uninstalling it and I've tried the xf86-input-wacom-git package from the AUR, neither of which solved it. Here's an image:

I'm not sure how to go about fixing this, so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
