[SOLVED] GNOME 3.24 partially upgraded

Today I received GNOME 3.24 and all works fine but looking more in details I discovered that it was a partial upgrade.
Some core components like for example gtk3 is sitll at 3.22 (3.22.12+6+g42aa4c138c-1). This means that we don't get all the new features coming from gnome/gtk 3.24, like for example this one: https://vimeo.com/205042647

I also discovered that moe other stuff is still at 3.20:

extra/glade 3.20.0+27+g2b88ce24-1 [installato]
extra/gnome-bluetooth 3.20.1+1+ge902d1a-1 [installato]
extra/gnome-keyring 1:3.20.0+16+gbf8aa97-1 (gnome) [installato]
extra/seahorse 3.20.0+44+ga1474bb-1 (gnome-extra) [installato]

Which is two steps back now. Are all this components (especially gtk3) updated to 3.24 or will they stay at different releases?

Thanks!

There is no GTK 3.24. Next major GTK release will be 4.

Re: [SOLVED] GNOME 3.24 partially upgraded

Some components do not follow up with the gnome version. Maybe they just do not have major updates to release, or they will have a release later (like gnome-todo just release 3.24 yesterday). And the example you gave in the video with flow view did not make it into Nautilus 3.24 due to performance issues.

Ok thanks for your answer. I thought all gnome components were always at same release number...
