kexi - seems to have an unapplied patch (koffice 1.5.1-3)

my kexi installation is showing symptoms which correspond to a critical patch released last month.  the "forms" functions are totally dead.

the maintainer for this package is Alexander Baldeck.  could someone please tell me how to get in contact with him?
