My Cinnamon 3.2.8 desktop environment freezes when I log in using a standard user account, however, it works when I log in with the root user... I don't know if it's because of permissions for the standard user (I changed nothing aside from adding it to networking) or just a file error in the user's directories, or neither... But it is a recent occurence. I attempted to fix the issue with a fresh Arch install, and used the same DE and manager. I am using Xorg (and associated packages), and I start the session manually.
I am relatively new to Arch, I've only been using it for a couple months, and this is the first major issue I've had... Please excuse any lack of proper protocol in posting. I have searched through other threads, and have not found a problem that matches my circumstance. I expect I must provide logs of some sort, but I am unsure which. Any help is greatly appreciated.
