BIOS issue for HP Probook 450 G4

Although I have upgraded the BIOS Firmware version to latest 01.04 released in April, it seems each time when I boot the notebook, it always report ACPI Error, similar to this link: HP Probook 430 G4, error information is like below:

Does any one how I can report this issue? Since it seems for this notebook the official HP claim only support Windows, they will not provide any support Linux(now I really regret to buy this notebook, I do plan to use Linux, but I unaware of some many incompatible issues with Linux, also this notebook provide both discrete graphics and integrated graphics, which needs optimus support, also not very suitable to use in Linux).

If this is really a bios issue, could I report this issue to HP(seems they don't plan to support it), or report to Intel(seems the motherboard and bios firmware is provided by Intel), or report to Linux Kernel Develop?

Are any of those causing you problems?   HP is notorious for having non-compliant ACPI tables that are 'Good Enough' because they will boot some obscure archaic operating system for the USA's Pacific Northwest.

Currently the main obstacle for me is the wifi problem, please refer to my other post for the Wifi not working for HP Probook 450 G4.
