[SOLVED]thinkfan on lenovo t430

hello guys i installed thinkfan for control cpu fan .. i have a problem

in config file i used :

hwmon   /sys/devices/virtual/hwmon/hwmon1/temp1_input
tp_fan  /proc/acpi/ibm/fan

(0, 0,  60)
(1, 57, 65)
(2, 63, 75)
(3, 72, 80)
(4, 78, 90)
(5, 87, 95)
(7, 92, 32767)

but in every system restart  this path => hwmon/hwmon1/temp1_input
will change to                                      =>hwmon/*hwmon2*/temp1_input
or another diffrent number .. that cause thinkfan failed to start

how can i fix this issue ..

I had similar problem on my x220 thinkpad.
What worked for me was to change my hwmon path to /sys/devices/platform/coretemp.0/hwmon/hwmon0/temp1_input like this:

hwmon /sys/devices/platform/coretemp.0/hwmon/hwmon0/temp3_input
hwmon /sys/devices/platform/coretemp.0/hwmon/hwmon0/temp1_input
hwmon /sys/devices/platform/coretemp.0/hwmon/hwmon0/temp2_input

(0, 0, 40)
(1, 40, 49)
(2, 49, 55)
(3, 55, 60)
(4, 60, 66)
(5, 66, 70)
