On which PC to install the latest version of Arch Linux?

Hello,

I have an old pc, can I still find an old version, 32 bit, to download ?

I have also a new pc, with an Intel cpu of the latest generation: would be correctly recognized ?

Edit: and rc.conf hasn't been a thing in Arch for years. If that wiki entry still mentions it, it's ridiculously out of date.
