Issues with Arch (Gnome) not detecting my Nvidia GPU

I have a Lenovo Ideapad 410, it comes with an i3-6k with integrated intel graphics but it also includes an Nvidia 920m card. lspci only detects the integrated GPU. I've tried searching around but have not found anything relating to my problem. Any ideas?

Check your BIOS settings.

I'll double check the BIOS, but both GPU's worked on other distros out of the box before.
