Weird video error after installing kernel 4.11.2

I'm getting a blocky effect over all OpenGL rendering on both screens following an update to kernel 4.11.2 that I got last night.
Below is what glxgears shows me when I run it.

Is this a bug in the amdgpu driver, or something?

Re: Weird video error after installing kernel 4.11.2

I've filed a bug report on this here.

Re: Weird video error after installing kernel 4.11.2

I see that you mention in the bug report "1. Use amdgpu as your video driver." but you may want to tell us what drivers and video card you are using in the opening thread. Also, the bug report lacks your card model.

Filing a bug report on the arch bug tracker will not resolve an upstream issue see Reporting_bug_guidelines#Upstream_or_Arch.3F.

Re: Weird video error after installing kernel 4.11.2

gnome on xorg, wayland or both (select at gdm start)
in case of (also) xorg, please provide the entire xorg log and the output of "xrandr -q"
