Synapse in incorrect position when first used

Hello! I am whenever I use synapse the first the time it is places a little higher than it should be... than after the second time it is in the correct position (Dead center)...
I am using a multihead setup, could this be the cause of the problem? This was not happening some time before this... (And sometimes it only popups in one workspaces in i3 and fixes itself after I launch something..)
