What is the GPU?
Does the GPU fan only "go mad" when booting Arch Linux? How long does it go mad (minutes)?
Offline
The GPU is Zotac - GeForce GTX 670 2GB.
it does only on arch, it does until i load the DE, after the DE is loaded it goes back to normal.

please paste the outputs of "lspci", "lsmod" and your Xorg log

Could you see if starting the "nvidia-persistenced" daemon helps? Like so:
sudo systemctl start nvidia-persistencedOffline
@seth
the lspci and lsmod is before i tried what Ropid suggested
lspci

Ok, I just wanted to see whether you're using the nvidia blob and whether this is a hybrid system.
You might be able to twist things using nvidia-smi, notably limiting the power drain or the clock speeds. (Then unset it when starting X11)
