[KDE5] Applications freezing, strange behaviour [SOLVED]

Hi,
some examples :
when i start Konsole, if i use for example the TAB key to complete a command, it freezes the applications but CPU is low,
when i start Kwrite, type something in it and close the application it opens a PopUp Window (which is freezing) to ask if i want to save or not the document

For all this cases, the screen is refreshed after few seconds. I think it is a problem from KDE.

Hi,
i tested on Gnome with Xorg too and it works perfectly on it (of course i started Konsole or Kwrite too on Gnome). So i guess there is a problem on KDE5.
I also have a strange behavior on KDE, when i click to STOP the computer it takes lot of time to do it, or if i want to start another session in parallel it also takes ot of time before doing it OR it simply doesn't want to do it (now i can't quit KDE).

Do you have some network drive mounted via cifs/nfs? Especially e.g. the save dialog in Kwrite might get sluggish if it tries to query a networkmount that is slow to respond.

Hi,
as it worked well on GNOME, i did a fake USER and launched KDE. It worked well so i deleted file from .config directory files from plasma configuration and it seems to work now. There is obviously a BUG somewhere with a (maybe) non correctly formatted file but it was not easy to find where.

I found something that worked for me.

In systemsettings5 / Notifications / [combo] Event Source: Plasma Workspace

Unchecked "Play a sound" of all items
Mainly of item "Warning Message"

not working after reboot
